TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CARE
The handbags, and the leather and silk small items, have been treated to provide a certain amount of water resistance. This means that they are splash proof not waterproof.
Due to the inner construction of the bags they are not suitable for washing or dry cleaning.

The best way to ensure a long life for your bag is to look after it well.

All cleaning attempts are entirely at your own risk.

The evening wraps and cushions are, however, suitable for dry cleaning.  Any vintage details should be removed before the process.
All cushions are feather filled apart from the Tooth fairy collection which have a hollowfibre cushion pad.
PAYMENT
Currently orders are being accepted by post.

Once an order and payment has been received you will be sent a confirmation email.
Payment is to be made by cheque and sent to the contact address provided. As all items are made to order, production will not go ahead until payment is received.
Cushion prices will alter according to their size.  There is a £5.00 difference per size.  For example a 35cm by 35cm square cushion which has been priced at £75.00 will become £80.00 if the larger 40cm by 40cm version is preferred.
Cushion pads are included in the price. Cushion covers exceeding 45cm will not be sent with cushion pads.  If you require a cushion cover exceeding 45cm or do not require a pad with your purchase please contact me as this will affect price (and postage costs).
DELIVERY
Production will not be started until payment has been received and items will not be dispatched until payment has been cleared.

Usually items are processed in the order in which they are received and should take no longer than three weeks to be dispatched.

If for any reason more than three weeks is needed to carry out your order, you will be notified on confirmation of your order and will be given the option of cancelling.

If a product is needed sooner then let me know and I will do my best to have it made and sent to you as soon as possible.

Orders within the UK will be sent by special delivery (including postal insurance of up to £500) and should be received the next working day. I do not accept any responsibility for late delivery due to delays attributable to the postal system. 

If sent outside the UK additional postage will be charged accordingly. Please contact me before sending your order for details. Orders to be delivered abroad may take longer to reach their destination due to differences in postal systems.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Products can only be exchanged or refunded if faulty.

The product must be returned unused in its original packaging with labels still attached.

Refunds will be made by cheque and postage will be refunded on faulty items.

Responsibility cannot be accepted for loss of returned products not sent by special delivery. Please keep proof of posting.

Returns or exchanges can only be made if notification is received within 30 days of receipt of order, either by post or email.

All information collected about you is stored and used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. This information is collected solely to enable me to process your order and this information includes your name, address and telephone number.
 
You will not be contacted in the future unless you have given me permission to do so.

If at any time in the future you would like to check the information stored about you please contact me for details or a copy thereof.

If you would like to amend or delete this information please advise me accordingly.
The information received about you will not be passed to any third parties.
